Morning Matcha Weight-Loss Sundae

1/2 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
2 tsp Matcha green tea powder
1 banana
1/2 cup strawberries
Unsweetened coconut (optional)
Ground flaxseed (optional)

1. Mix matcha powder and Greek yogurt together.

2. Layer yogurt, banana, and strawberries in a bowl.

3. Sprinkle with coconut and flaxseed. Enjoy!
