Matcha Chia Pudding

1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup chia seeds
5 pitted Medjool dates, to taste
1.5 -2 tsp Matcha powder
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, to taste
pinch fine grain sea salt or pink Himalayan sea salt

Directions:

1. Add all ingredients to the blender
2. Blend on the highest speed until super smooth, chill in the fridge where it will thicken up even more for at least 3 hours.
